Within our Tax practice, you will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide comprehensive guidance to enhance their financial strategies. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements and offering recommendations that align with their objectives.As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths, manage performance, and identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.Responsibilities- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions and strategies- Leading teams in the execution of financial management and strategy consulting services- Guiding clients in optimizing financial performance and improving decision-making processes- Developing and implementing financial models to support client objectives- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights- Overseeing compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards- Coaching team members to enhance their skills and deliver quality client service- Facilitating discussions to address conflicts and resolve issues with stakeholders- Utilizing financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service deliveryWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of experience- At least one of the following credentials or certifications is required: Certified Public Account (CPA) License, Level 2 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality A State Licensed Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMPWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and economic forecasting- Utilizing advanced analytical thinking to drive financial strategy- Excelling in compliance with accounting standards and regulations- Embracing change and innovation in financial markets- Developing skills in financial risk management and portfolio optimization- Mentoring team members in financial statement analysis and preparationTravel RequirementsUp to 40%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
